Charles Taylor has led HeartFlow from the inception of its FFRct technology - a simulation-based assessment of coronary artery disease - to its recommendation in clinical guidelines in the US and UK. The lessons learned from his 15-year journey from a university spin-out to the development of a first-of-its-kind medical technology, while raising close to $800 million in the process, will be invaluable to us.
